How do I cancel my order?

Did something go wrong in the ordering process? Or did you change your mind? We understand that in such cases you want to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel your order for you.

How do I return my order?

Are you not satisfied with your order? That’s a pity. In the case of Stand Alone scent devices you have 14 days to consider your purchase. Would you like to return your device within this period? Unfortunately, that will cost you 75 euros. Scent oils, on the other hand, cannot be returned. Do you want to be sure that you choose the right scent oil? Then first request a scent sample. This way disappointments are avoided!
