How do I change my subscription?

Do you want to spread scent in more areas? Or do you want to leave the maintenance of your scent device to us? Whatever your reason for changing your subscription is, we will be happy to help you. Contact us and we’ll adjust it for you. It can be that simple!

How do I cancel my subscription?

What a pity that you want to cancel your subscription. Are you not completely satisfied? Or would you like to change your subscription to better suit your needs? If this is the case, please let us know! If you are sure you want to cancel your subscription, we will of course help you with that as well. Contact us and we’ll arrange it for you. The notice period for a subscription is three months.

How do I cancel a subscription in case of bankruptcy?
