The Lobby Offices: an office consolidator with a hotel vision. Tenants feel more than at home by creating a welcoming atmosphere in all its offices. And that, of course, is where scent should not be missing! After all, The Lobby Offices is not just about offering a workspace, but about creating a total experience. Because, like us, they believe that every experience counts.
Fostering hospitality
The Lobby Offices oozes hospitality, which starts as soon as you enter! Thus, not only does the welcoming receptionist ensure a warm welcome, but now an appropriate fragrance also contributes to the feeling of home. To achieve this, we ran a pilot at the main location in Rijswijk. And the results were very positive! After the success of the pilot, the scent experience has now also been applied at The Lobby Offices Den Bosch and has become a permanent part of the concept.
Total care
The entire concept is designed to give tenants and employees a reason to come to the office. It includes a staffed reception desk, a stylish lobby, boardrooms, an in-house gym, hanging gardens and (electric) parking facilities. This allows tenants and employees to focus fully on work while being a calling card for their clients.
Smell experience in offices
A pleasant smell in offices is not only important for hospitality. Thus, it can also have a positive impact on employee productivity and concentration. Moreover, it can help reduce stress and create a relaxed working environment. So the right scent experience is essential for happy and productive employees!
The 'wow effect'
At The Lobby Offices we were able to create a unique atmosphere with our scent experience. The fragrance Maison, with its floral top notes and wooden heart of oak and cedar, contributes to the "wow effect" upon entry and completes the experience of an office space. This is what we call spreading "unexpected smiles!"
