A festival where every sense comes to life. Tomorrowland is known around the world for its spectacular stages, immersive shows and unforgettable atmosphere. Every detail is carefully designed to create a truly magical experience. To fully immerse visitors in the world of Tomorrowland, scent became an essential part of the journey. The challenge was to create a unique scent experience for each area of the festival, perfectly complementing its atmosphere and story.

Solution

More than 100 scent systems were installed across DreamVille and the festival grounds, both indoors and outdoors. Even the iconic Mainstage features scent as part of the overall experience. Each location was paired with a carefully selected scent that enhances its unique character. Forest creates the feeling of being surrounded by nature in the shower areas, while other scents welcome visitors on arrival or reinforce the enchanting atmosphere of the Fairy Tale Forest.

Results

By introducing scent throughout the festival, every area gains its own distinctive atmosphere and identity. Visitors are immersed in a multisensory experience where sight, sound and scent work together to bring the world of Tomorrowland to life. The result is a festival experience that stays with visitors long after the final performance.
