Every workout feels like a celebration, thanks to Switch's personal trainers, and the right scent is, of course, essential. The goal was to provide athletes with a complete experience, where every detail matters.
The total package
Scent is key to a complete customer experience, and Switch The Gym exemplifies this! We enriched the entrances of their three locations in Tilburg, Eindhoven, and Veldhoven with scent. In Eindhoven, the scent is distributed via the existing air handling system, while at the other two locations, the scent system is placed in an adjacent room, allowing the scent to fill the space directly. The scent Xourthe is a favorite at Switch, bringing unexpected smiles not only to the staff but also to the athletes. Mission accomplished!

Since the beginning, we have been spreading Sense Company's scent at Switch, leading guests to often say, "It always smells like Switch here!" When we occasionally change the scent, this is immediately noticed. The scent ensures that the overall experience at Switch The Gym is complete. We aim to offer our guests that little bit extra, and scent plays a significant role in this!
