The Sense Event Booster is specially designed for temporary use and is therefore only available to rent for events. Perfect for parties, trade shows, or other temporary locations where a powerful scent experience is desired.

Yes. All our scent oils are IFRA-certified and meet the strictest safety standards. They are safe for people, environmentally friendly, and of guaranteed top quality, so your guests can enjoy a subtle and consistent scent experience.

How long does a scent cartridge last?

Our cartridges feature a smart diffusion cap that distributes scent evenly and subtly, without leakage. Depending on intensity, diffusion schedule, and cartridge size, a cartridge can last several months, ensuring your space always smells just right.

Getting online is easy. Plug in your system, download the Sense Company app, and connect to Wi‑Fi. Follow the simple steps in the app, and within seconds your system is online. You can then immediately set a schedule and adjust the scent intensity, so your space smells subtly and inviting from the start.

What happens if my Wi-Fi temporarily goes down?

No need to worry. Thanks to Wi-Fi and the built-in backup programme, your scent experience continues uninterrupted, even during a temporary internet outage.
