Are the scents safe?

Yes. All our scent oils are IFRA-certified and meet the highest safety standards. They are safe for people, environmentally friendly and guaranteed top quality.

Which cartridge fits my scent system?

Sense One uses size S. Sense Pro, Sense Booster and Sense Event Booster work with size M and L.

How long does a cartridge last?

Our cartridges last several months, depending on size, intensity, and diffusion schedule. With a smart diffusion cap, they disperse scent subtly and consistently, ensuring no scent is wasted.

Can I switch scents quickly?

Yes. With the app you can easily change scents just by requesting a new scent with the button. The RFID tag ensures the system instantly recognises which cartridge is in use.

How do I set intensity and diffusion times?

All settings are managed in the app. By creating a schedule, you can choose at what times the scent must disperse and with which intensity. You can change these settings whenever you like. This way, you decide exactly how and when scent is released, so the atmosphere is always just right.

Can I use multiple cartridges at the same time?

Yes. With the Sense Event Booster you can insert multiple cartridges and switch between scents.
