Essential scent oils are derived from natural sources such as plants, flowers or herbs. Non-essential or synthetic scent oils are developed in laboratories to ensure stability, consistency and longevity. Both options are safe and high quality when IFRA-certified, as are all the scents we use.

Depending on the space and your preferences, several installation methods are available. A standalone system can be placed directly in the space. With direct injection, scent is discreetly dispersed from an adjacent area. For larger restaurants, the system can be connected to the ventilation or air handling system for even distribution. We always advise on the best option for your restaurant.

Yes. All our scent oils are IFRA-certified and comply with strict international safety standards. They are safe for daily use in hospitality environments and create a pleasant scent experience without risk to guests or staff.

No. Maintenance is minimal. The app provides insight into scent usage and shows when a new cartridge is required. If the system does not work as expected, we quickly arrange a replacement to ensure scent continuity.
