With Smart Service, you stay in control of your scent experience. You receive:

A professional scent system, including a scent cartridge and scent advice.
Access to our extensive scent library.

This means you always decide when and which scent is diffused. Switch scents whenever you like and receive a fast, free replacement system in case of any issues. This keeps your space subtly and consistently scented at all times.

Are the scent oils safe?

Yes. All our scent oils are IFRA-certified and meet the strictest safety standards. They are safe for people and the environment and guarantee top quality. So you can enjoy a pleasant, consistent scent experience without worry.

How long does a scent cartridge last?

Our cartridges feature a smart diffusion head that spreads scent subtly and evenly. Depending on the selected intensity, diffusion times and cartridge size, one cartridge lasts several months. This keeps your space continuously fresh.

What’s the coverage of the Sense Pro?

The Sense Pro is suitable for spaces up to 250m², such as shops, restaurants or cafés, fitness studios, lobbies or showrooms. When connected to an air supply duct (HVAC system), the Sense Pro can scent areas up to 500m².

Do you have a larger space? Then the Sense Booster is the ideal solution. For smaller environments, the Sense One is a perfect fit.

Which installation methods are available for the Sense Pro?

Standalone. Place the system easily in the desired location within the space.
- Please note that we do not recommend this option for very quiet environments.
Direct injection. The system is installed in a technical or adjacent room, with the scent injected into the space via a discreet scent line. This delivers an optimal scent experience while keeping the system safely and discreetly out of sight.
Air supply duct connection. The system is connected to an air conditioning or HVAC installation, allowing the scent to be distributed evenly throughout the space and cover up to 500m². Ideal for large or open areas.

How do I get my Sense Pro online?

Plug the system into a power socket, download the Sense Company app, connect to Wi-Fi and follow the simple steps in the app. Within seconds, your system is online and you can set schedules and adjust the intensity. This lets you diffuse scent exactly the way you want.

What happens if my Wi-Fi goes down?

No worries. The system continues to operate. If the connection drops temporarily, the built-in backup programme takes over so your scent experience continues without interruption.
