With the All-in Rent subscription, you lease one or more scent systems for a fixed monthly fee. Installation, scent refills, maintenance and repairs are all included. Are the scent oils safe?

Yes. All our scent oils are IFRA-certified and meet the highest safety standards. This means they are safe for people and the environment, and guaranteed to be of top quality. So you can create a pleasant scent experience with complete peace of mind.

How long does a scent cartridge last?

Our cartridges are equipped with a smart diffusion head that spreads scent subtly and consistently. Depending on intensity, diffusion times and cartridge size, one cartridge lasts several months. This keeps your space consistently scented.

What is the coverage of Sense One?

The Sense One is ideal for spaces up to 150 m², such as a beauty salon, boutique, optician or office. For larger spaces, choose the Sense Pro or Sense Booster for an even and complete scent experience.

How do I get my Sense One online?

Plug the system into a power socket, download the Sense Company app, connect to Wi-Fi and follow the simple steps in the app. Within seconds, your system is online and you can set schedules and adjust the intensity. This allows you to start spreading scent your way straight away.

What happens if my Wi-Fi goes down?

No worries. Thanks to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, your system always remains accessible. If the internet connection drops temporarily, the built-in backup programme ensures your scent experience continues without interruption.
