From showroom to meeting room: an experience that fits

When you step into the showroom of bathroom specialist Plieger, every detail catches your eye. The lighting. The materials. The stylish arrangement of bathrooms and taps. And yet something was missing. Visually, everything was perfect, but it lacked warmth.

The challenge

Plieger wanted their customers to not only look, but also feel and experience. The scent in the showroom was neutral, and the meeting rooms had a slightly stale, businesslike air. This could be improved – fresher, more inviting, and more in line with the experience Plieger wants to offer.

The solution

We connected our scent systems to the air handling system so a subtle, pleasant scent spreads throughout the space. The showroom now enhances the feeling of comfort and inspiration. The meeting rooms also smell fresh and welcoming.

The result

Since the scents were introduced, the atmosphere is complete. Visitors linger longer, staff feel more energized, and the spaces radiate harmony. Or as we like to say: smiles.
