Offering its guests the perfect experience. That is what theatre DeLaMar wants. The whole visit to the theatre has to be right. This also applies to the toilets and the smoking area. "Because our toilets are located underground, it was difficult for us to guarantee this at any time of the day," says deputy director Robert Gruijt. It goes without saying that it was also a challenge to give the smoking area a pleasant smell.
Solution
For the desired total experience, we connected scent devices to the existing air supply system. Robert Gruijt: "The new Sense scent device is a great solution. The big advantage? We can adjust the scent intensity per toilet room to the expected visitor peaks. In addition, the scent Lemon & Vanilla has been used in the smoking area. This neutralises the smoke. "The guests are also very enthusiastic about this," says Gruijt.
